These Terms of Service govern your use of the Uniperksy platform as a business partner. By registering and using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Business Account Requirements
- You must be an authorized representative of your business
- Provide accurate business information including name, address, and contact details
- Maintain valid business registration and licenses as required by law
- Accounts are subject to verification before activation
2. Deals and Offers
- You are responsible for honoring all deals published on the platform
- Deals must be genuine and represent real discounts for students
- You may publish one active deal at a time (standard plan)
- Boosted deals receive priority placement for the selected duration
3. Student Verification
Students on Uniperksy are verified through their university email addresses. When a student presents their digital ID at your business, you should verify:
- The student's photo matches the person presenting the ID
- The deal shown is currently active
- Mark the deal as redeemed in the app when applicable
4. Payments and Fees
- Creating a business account is free
- Publishing standard deals is free
- Boost packages are available for enhanced visibility (paid)
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
5. Content Guidelines
- All content must be appropriate and professional
- Images must accurately represent your business and offers
- No misleading or false advertising
- Uniperksy reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
6. Data and Privacy
We collect business information to operate the platform. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Analytics data about deal performance is provided to help you understand your reach.
7. Account Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time. Uniperksy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
